This is JomSocial 1.5.428 with a lot of added extras. There are two editions included which are the original and a Skoshi remix edition.
The skoshi remix basically has the Skoshi template pre installed for the default so you dont have to do anything other then the standard install procedure. examples of what Skoshi looks like are as follows:
